A few errors in documents (ie air conditioner, last name spelt wrong, didn’t include visits for our new home in contract) and a couple of disagreements with our lack of urgency to sell (initially). After we purchased our new home Shawn worked really hard to get our house sold in a week - great job! Overall I’d recommend Shawn.
