Shawn was ‘on’ all of the time. Communication and response time is top notch. Shawn hit issues head on and didn’t sugar coat his input and feedback. A few errors in documents (ie air conditioner, last name spelt wrong, didn’t include visits for our new home in contract) and a couple of disagreements with our lack of urgency to sell (initially). After we purchased our new home Shawn worked really hard to get our house sold in a week - great job! Overall I’d recommend Shawn.

My only recommendation would be attention to detail- we had some issues with the listing and contracts that he addressed when reviewed but we felt rushed in some instances when we could have just taken some time to review the items prior and avoided some of the issues.
